Hello Bears,
Please have all final baseball fee payments paid up by February 1st. If you already paid in full thank you, if you paid your first installment, $125 is due, if you haven’t paid anything $225 are the fees agreed upon in the contract. Hope everyone has a safe and peaceful upcoming year. The 2009 Superbowl pool has started. Please sell squares for $50.00 per square. Payout is $500.00 a quarter and $50.00 back for double numbers. This is a very important fundraiser, please do your best to sell as many as you can, GOOD LUCK!!!
The tournament is June 15-18th. We will need to arrive on the 14th and a block of rooms have been reserved for our team since we have to book through Triple Crown. I have 23 rooms set aside and we have to book them ASAP. From what I understand, you credit card will not be billed until February. We are booked at the Howard Johnson. It does have a nice pool and is across the street from a shuttle our team can use to attend the College World Series. The rooms are $129.00 a night.We would like everyone to stay at the same hotel, but you choose whats best for you and your family. Please contact Coach Ryan with any questions or concerns. There is a mandatory meeting for parents and batting practice for the team on 11/6/08 at 6:30 pm at the Denver Hitting Club located at 2243 Curtis St. Please have players ready to hit, if you have not yet turned in a copy of your players birth certificate bring it with you as well as your payment of $100.If you have any questions or concerns please call Coach Ryan at 720-434-4040
